The KSA Ministry of Agriculture has received a notice from the US Department of Agriculture stating the kingdom is free of African horse disease (AHS), according to the U. S. regulations. Thus the quarantine period for the horses imported to the United States from the Saudi Arabia has been reduced from 60 days to 7 days only.
